I like that one!!! I've never even seen one of those before! STUTZ 09-04-2006, 12:42 PM They are not very popular here. I think I'm the only oddball here that collects 1/43 scale Brooklins. TheDarkCutlass 09-05-2006, 11:38 AM gimme gimme gimme! :) BluntFronts 09-05-2006, 03:12 PM Great model of a beautiful car. My parents' best friends owned a light green 1:1 when I was a kid. I got to ride in it a few times. I remember that it had a beautiful dash design, too. Thanks for posting it! DaCustomizer 09-05-2006, 04:50 PM Thats awsome!? Tone 09-08-2006, 08:44 PM I think that's the best-lookin' Olds after the '55-'56 "88." I wish somebody made one in 1:64. I know ... Husky had one back in the 60s, a bit later model. Tone 09-08-2006, 08:47 PM ... speaking of die cast starfires ... here are a couple more, by Tootsietoy - Lockheed F-94 Starfires ! :) http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/PropMonster/ToyPlanes_DieCastMetal/Tootsietoy/Tootsie_Starfires.jpg (the 50s show car Oldsmobile Starfire was named after the plane) STUTZ 09-08-2006, 11:58 PM I think that's the best-lookin' Olds after the '55-'56 "88." I love the '55-'56 Olsmobiles! zeb41 09-24-2006, 10:35 AM They are not very popular here. I think I'm the only oddball here that collects 1/43 scale Brooklins. If I could afford them, I'd collect them too. There's a place in town here that sells them, but the cheapest thing they have goes for around $60.00. If I didn't have kids in school, I'd shell out the money for several of those pieces. I may have to call or e-mail the store if they sell them for $60.00, and are willing to ship them. LMK about the $60.00 price if they are Brooklin Models ZEB. Thanks, and Take Care............STUTZ MissouriMike 09-25-2006, 09:02 PM Ooooohhhhhhh! My first car that I owned was a 63 Olds Holiday 88 coupe. I loved that tank! A steady diet of leaded premium, and it was like riding in your living room, except it didn't get quite as good fuel mileage. Mike vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
