RC Kenwood 09-01-2006, 08:06 AM Unity tool...except no substitutes.. tightline31408 09-01-2006, 09:41 AM http://www.unitytool.com/Unity_Tools_Tweek_Boards/unity_tools_tweek_boards.html http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=131837&highlight=alignment+tool I have both of these and they both work great. RC hey roadspalat is that the same as the mip? because i could never get my to level out. hydroracer 09-01-2006, 10:07 AM I've got one from Ken Bajdek and it works excellent. I'ld recommend it to anyone for setting up front ends. Roadsplat 09-01-2006, 03:45 PM hey roadspalat is that the same as the mip? because i could never get my to level out. Not sure..never saw the mip unit. Both units I listed work excellent. Haven't had any issues with either. The only bad thing about the Unity one is the cost. If you could find one used, (I've seen a few listed here in the past) it would save you a few bucks. A couple of the advantages to the Unity Tool is you don't have to take the wheels off to use it and also you don't need a seperate camber/caster gauge to read your measurements. Good luck. RC Billy W 09-01-2006, 03:48 PM Andy Mac (KSG) made one long time ago that is awesome.. they need to make it again..... Billy Kenwood 09-01-2006, 03:51 PM Not sure..never saw the mip unit. RC Plus with the MIP or mip style gauges if you run split caster, or lead the left front, etc the unit wont work... where the unity works reguardless.. Ill admit the cost to play is high..But every time I bust mine out at the track everyone and their brother want to use it.. dangerousdave 09-02-2006, 01:54 AM Thanks for the help, I checked them both out and have the Unity tool on order.
