The BRL is happy to announce that Custom Works R/C has come on board as title sponsor of race number 6 in the BRL/BSR Brushless Oval Tour.

The Custom Works Spring Sizzler will be held on the weekend of March 3rd & 4th at the Hobbytown Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE. This race is sure to play a key roll in determining who will be crowned the BRL/BSR National Champions .

After just a few short years in existence “The Plex” has established itself as one of the premier facilities in the country. The Plex feature a large well stocked hobby shop that is clean, organized and has a friendly staff eager to serve you. One of the coolest features is the all glass back wall that allows customers to over looks all the on-track racing action. The raceway is second to none and has large open pit area equipped with powered pit benches & chairs, and convenient tire trueing and blow-off stations. The drivers stand is elevated about 6' and gives racers a great view of the ultra smooth and lightning fast 190' race line. You can also count on the experienced track crew to keep things running smooth throughout the weekend. In addition hotels and restaurants are just minutes away. Thanks for the rave review, this deal just keeps getting better!! I know it will be tough but, hope you are able to make the HobbyPLEX Fall Oval Shootout November 10th-12th. It should be a great warm-up for the IROAR/BRL race the next weekend. We don't have it on the flyer but a 13.5 class will probably be added to the events.

Thanks for all the work you've done to get this series off the ground. This will be the premier oval racing series in the country and we are honored to be a part of it.

Hobbyplex, you need to open a hobbyplex franchise here in Orlando, FL ........ that would rock ! ...... LOL.
