I think people should consider the fact that most all of us have full time jobs & ship at our earliest convienence. I see a money order was involved & I personally allow them to clear my bank before shipping because of the numerous counterfits out there!

Brandon is a straight up guy with less than a week gone by and you are complaining maybe he isn't the problem. Money Orders are are deal killers with me I won't take them or send them. Money Order + USPS = 4 to 12 days so chill with this and give it a chance!!!

that is all good guys! u know him but i dont. if brandon did not want to do the deal he did not have to. if he did not want the mo he did not have to take the deal. if you guys check my deals in my past all of them was done in mo. if you dont like mo that is you business. if your buddy brandon would have told me he need to check out the mo first it never would have got this far. but when you dealing with people and there money most of them dont want to hear it. I am always send the mo first.1or2 days later i check with that person(s) to see if they got it. not 1 can say mo bounce. check with any of the guys i bought from be for u try to down me! :cool: :cool: :cool:it's like this money for this was $295 i didn't want to get stuck just like you don't. but hey if enough time had elapsed i could see it. but i sent you pm saturday telling you it should be their wednesday. bottom line you jumped the gun you are going to get what you payed for. a gfx that has been used 3 race weekends.

My god, it hasn't even been a WEEK...has it? Geez, the USPS itself has been know to delay things I've ordered and had shipped PRIORITY (which is supposed to be 2-3 days) have taken 7 - 9 days.

As far as the M/O, that should be a given...that you ain't gonna get something mailed off until you KNOW the M/O is clear.

I got BURNED sending a M/O to Florida last year...IT NEVER SHOWED..thanks to the USPS. It cost me $30 bucks to CANCEL IT or re-send a NEW ONE... the seller thought I was a FLAKE due to the USPS, and the "GOOD DEAL" I got on the purchase went OUT THE WINDOW w/ the $30 cancellation, and a second "Priority Mail". All in all, it cost me an additional 33.70 (The items I bought sold for $30.00 x 3 =$90.00, so it was like paying an extra 11 bucks per item...which only made the price AVERAGE)

You have not allowed anywhere close to enough time to pass before posting this mess and for that you are the only one to blame. USPS won't even do anything about a lost package until it has been missing 30 days. One pc. of advice to everyone "UPS" saves a lot of this mess!!!

just to let u know that most of my deals was done with usps and all so ups and again never took this long. I know things happen sometime,but if you are selling or buying something you would want the same treatment as the next man to be done right. I am going to make sure my money is right with you,and all I am asking is do right by me and thats it! :(

Brad Jones here, did you even check with Brandon before starting this BadGuy Brandon thread or as it appears jumping the gun on a problem that is probably the USPS fault as unfortunately I have problems with them almost weekly. But they kinda have a monopoly on inexpensive shipping. Brandon is a straight up guy and isn't messing you around or never will.

i am just a watcher here but i know i have waited three weeks to get stuff.... shi** happens at the post office, ups, dhl, fed ex. all of them can have delays. i know some people get worried about their money but when selling or buying you HAVE TO HAVE PATIENCE!!! i don't know either of the parties here but i will say that not giving gilyhantree at least two weeks.. considering deaths in family's, vacations, slow delivery's and other events is just being impatient! especially when someone tears off and starts slamming someone within the first WEEK!! i also agree that this thread should be deleated when the charger gets to the buyer.

heck i got some truck drivers that would have turned nearly 2 rounds to the west coast and back by now.but this is the usps.kinda like this pal my dad drove a truck he made ten hour trips from north bama to general motors plants all over michigan for about 10 years. they sent numerous critical shipments on airplanes trying to beat the truck their he beat the plane every time. you got to count the loading and unloading off all this stuff thats not the only package riding that way.then it gets on a truck so it get loaded and unloaded again. i dispatch trucks everyday their are things that delay shipment not very often on my trucks but it does happen.just my .o2 cents worth

Trader info doesn't necessarily account for the trades that've taken place on here. I've done well over a dozen here by now. Me and others are simply too lazy(no offense to those I traded with :p ) to leave feedback. I do alot of it in the Trader Info, and that's it.

Back on topic here. To your disadvantage, you've taken a concerning situation, and allowed your irrational behavior to turn it against you. Based upon your replies, you seem unphased by how others' here have NOW perceived you. Most of us here proofread what we type before submitting it. You seem to lack that observation skill.

No he wont be able to get any shipping money back as USPS does not guarnantee any of the shipping services except Express mail. And like someone else said even if it gets lost and you have insurrance on it they will NOT even look the tracking number up for you till 30 days has went by.

Brandon is a good guy. He owns an RC Company so he is not out to screw anyone. At the track he would give the shirt off his back if someone need's it!! This is simply a case of the USPS taking it's sweet time as they do so often.

Once you recieve the charger it would probably be best if you had Hank delete this thread and create a new one about Brandon being a good trader (it would be in your best interest if you ever want to do business with anyone else on this board) IMHO.
