Guess Who

I remember that. The third story was fantastic. Didn't someone make a resin kit of that little goomer?

I always loved this movie. That Zuni fetish doll always made me think of a rabid muppet on drugs. Maybe Animal in his native environment before Dr. Teeth found ihm on vacation. And that last shot of Karen Black in the corner of the room....priceless.

Guess Who, I don't know about a resin kit of the Zuni doll, but there has been at least one action figure of it made.

I'll buy it, but I don't know if Mary will let it in the house!

Everybody always remembers the story with Karen Black and the doll...does anybody remember the other two? I sure don't!

All I can remember was that Karen Black was in all 3 of the stories.

I only remember the doll segment.

Does anybody else remember another telepic done around the same time called GARGOYLES? Not sure what the connection is but talking about TRILOGY OF TERROR reminded me of it.

One of the other stories she played twins, one ploting to kill the other, but ended with finding out she was one person with split personalities.

I LOVED Jennifer Salt's white halter top!!!

And yeah, gargoyles was actually a pretty good little horror film. Better than anything Sci Fi runs on saturday nights, anyhoo.

 I remember being completely blown away by Gargoyles when it first came on - wasn't it an ABC Movie of the Week?

And, straying even further from the subject, does anyone remember Night Gallery's version of H.P. Lovecraft's "Pickman's Model"? That was another one I flipped over - great make-up!

I remember the other two because I bought the Anchor Bay DVD released back in 1999. I told my kids they'd never forget the 3rd tale, and I was right. This morning my son and I were talking in the doctor's office. We were waiting...and waiting...and waiting.....as we watched different people get attended. The whole time we continued to wait and wait. I told my son to start shouting..."Help me!....Help me!....as in the movie The Fly.....and we got to talking about unforgettable scenes in different movies and tv shows. We brought up The Outer Limits' "Zanti Misfits"......the little robots (with a special guest appearance of the C-57D) from Twilight Zone's "Alone in the Dark".....and my son brought up the Zuni fetish doll in Trilogy of Terror.

I'd just read thie first post of this a couple of hours before, so I told him about the new DVD version coming out. Hopefully it'll have some good extras. The Anchor Bay version that was released didn't have anything extra added.

I've still never even seen this movie. I caught Gargoyles, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, and Killdozer, but not this. Been wanting to see the episode with the Zuni.

I've never seen Killdozer.
According to Megaweapon, he's very temperamental.
Drove off the set of a movie over something trivial.

Better than anything Sci Fi runs on saturday nights, anyhoo.Of dozens of online reviews and descriptions of Gargoyles, I've found only one that mentions Vic Perrin dubbed the voice of the Chief Gargoyle (Bernie Casey). However, there are quite a few that specifically mention Jennifer Salt's wardrobe!

I guess that's because most online movie reviews are written by guys. (Well, DUHHH. . .)

Just watched "Midnight Cowboy" again recently. In that one, Jennifer didn't have no wardrobe.

Great movie, one of my all-time faves. And thanks for bringing up "Trilogy", I've been waiting for this.
