I will be stopping collecting soon. I am off to college, and there won't be any place near to buy diecasts, and I also don't have room to store anymore as of right now. :( I currently have about 350 to 400 I:64ish in the package. :( I will still be on here, but not as much.

Best wishes, and good luck. Glad we will still be seeing you around. If I may ask, where you going and what field?

To all who asked. Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN which is close to my home. I will double major, Spanish, and either english or journalism. I will still buy cars, but not at the rate I am used to. Hopefully, when I get a steady job and have a nice income/source of income, my collecting will resume. Oh, and if you ever do decide to send me RAOK, that would be cool. I know I will ask for HWs and MBXSuperfasts for X Mas.

I was able to sneak in a few MBs when I was in college: BMW M1, '57 Chevy and a few others! I even found an orange Hot Wheels Packin' Pacer on the washroom floor back in '82. I wish I had kept it, but it was just a Hot Wheels car, and not a Matchbox.

woot. My stepmom opened all my cars. WTF? and she got rid of 200+ magazines to "save space". She also decided that all my loose cars should be crammed in a shoebox. I am taking them with me. Also, my 1:18 scales have been used as "playables" for her daughter and her freinds.

Wow, that sucks. Well, at least now they're all liberated. ;) Welcome to the DLM!

How old is her daughter? 1/18 scale cars have small pieces and should not be handled by small children who could choke on such parts...
