Hi Guys!

Do any of you know a source where I can purchase AFX specialty chassis rear tires? I need the larger Drag racing type like on the vans and grand am funny car?

I need 3 pairs of replacements for some chassis I got in a swap.

I started digging around for the specialty tires and found a number of sources for them myself......

Hey Wayne, these are typically stocked on the AJs boards at HobbyTown USA.

I ended up rebuilding a couple of the original AFX specialty chassis recently.

I used the AW Xtraction pit kit to do this with.

The pick ups,springs and such are basically the same.

I also asked for a supplier of the rear tires for the afx specialty chassis.

I ended up taking a set of the x traction rear tires out of the pit kit and putting them on the rear wheels of the specialty chassis.

I had to stretch them abit to get them on but they fit well and hook up great!!!!

They give the specialty chassis rear wheels the low profile look.

It worked for me and the chassis run great!
