I like those tow trucks... Where do you get them??? I havn't seen any around here.

They are always very hard to find. Once in a while you may get lucky and find a Monopoly one at KB's, or one of the newer ones at TRU. They are a very popular casting and go fast.

I scarfed up a bunch at Fest...I have about 8 or 9 for customizing now

be very careful and look your tow truck up before you costomize it.
you could be customizing a hard to find or wl. these trucks bring some good money.
with the blue with flame and black with flame tows there are 8 diffrent engines. each

there are 8 hard tires each
there are 8 real wheel tires each and dont forget wl's
ive been collecting these for 3 years now and has been a challange to get theses. even if i could get all of these theres one i will never own and thats the raw one. there is only 150 made. well thats what i was told. and thay dont come cheap or show up very often.
im missing 3 reg blue with flames and 4 reg black with flames
im missing 7 wl blue with flames and 6 wl black with flames.
i have around 55 total jl tow trucks all diffrent.and still missing some resent release reg issue tow trucks.
if ya want a challange in collecting try getting all of these.....good luck:wave:

i just found out on the jl board that the raw tow truck came in a set and only 50 sets went out.

i will get ya a pic of 37 of them. the rest are wl and some on perfect cards in a box which got moved a few weeks ago and will have to find them.

Thanks again for the compliments guys. I'm not that great when it comes to painting, so decals work for me. I had also done one of the BWFs as a Zinger, and another was done as a beater. Both are in the hands of a good friend.
I believe I have one regular of each release so far, having 2 different engine variations in the BlackWF and the BlueWF, but no whites. They are still extremely hard to find, regular or WL. I gave up long ago trying to find the 8 motor/wheel variations, so Gunn, I wish you lots of luck in your quest.
