i saw a charger from dynamite that said it charges 1-3 lipo cells so wahat does 1 lipo cell look like?

They come in all shapes and sizes... They should be used with care and/or circuit boards that protect against over charge or over discharge... In RC use, people often use them witout circuit board protection, and the user is expected to use them with RC components that don't allow for over-discharge... A good charger should protect agains over charge... The reason RC users typicaly don't use protective PCB is because thes PCBs tend to limit the amount of current available, and RC users don't like that at all...
