I have a 1969 Deere 110. The last time I mowed with her she was hard to start. I installed a new plug and checked for fuel flow and she started and ran fine for 2 hours. This week It won't start again. changed the plug still nothing just grind grind grind. checked the spart, seems to be good. checked fuel seems to be getting too much. pulled the carb cleaned and reinstalled. Still nothing. hasn't even tried to start once. I am at a lose. It won't even hit on shot of starting fluid. any help would be greatly appreciated

Check your gap on your points, thats part of the timing on the old models, possibly changing them would help or checking the gap with a feeler guage, not sure what the gap should be, but not over.016 or under .010.
