We apologize for the delay in updating our web site. We've been busy working on our upcoming products, including the next six X-Traction racers and the all new Auto World racing sets! The layouts for our first two sets have been finalized. Stay tuned for more details...

The Dukes of Hazzard X-Traction series has been a big success. Jewel case and clam packaging has been sold out to our distributors. Contact your dealer to get the General Lee and Roscoe's Police car in either clean or dirty/raced versions before they are gone! And be sure to keep your ear to the ground good buddy, 'cause there's more 'shine brewin' in the Dukes line of X-Traction cars for '07!
X-Traction
As you may have seen from our web cam feed, we've received our initial group of pad printed body samples for the next release of X-Traction cars (Item no. 00109). We really think you're gonna' dig some of the new recreations we've done of some vintage bodies! Each car will be offered in both clam pack and jewel case packaging. To make things more interesting, body and pad print colors on the cars will be different between the two types of packaging. Clam packs will feature exclusive bonus trading cards with cool illustrations by none other than Jairus Watson.
Thunderjet 500
Packaging is being finished up for our next new release (Item no. 00107) of Thunderjet 500 cars. Pad prints and color selections for the cars are complete and we're almost ready to go. These and the X-Traction cars will be available this fall.
Join The Club and Get Ready for the First Lap Cars!
It is now possible to join the Auto World Collector's Club online via the "Join The Club" link on our home page. Some bugs have been fixed and an improvement made so that the user is alerted of their successful membership into the club. The AWCC is free to join and allows members to purchase special limited edition items like our upcoming "First Lap" X-Traction series. These special issue cars are are being released to commemorate the inaugural release of new X-Traction body styles and are limited to only 500 units each. First Lap cars will come in numbered clam packs with unique artwork and the cars will have some very unique details. As a bonus, we're including an embroidered Auto World cloth patch, so watch for the First Lap cars this fall!
Joining the club will also allow registered members to access our "Live Sneak Peeks Web Cam" stationed at Auto World headquarters. You never know what Prez Tom Lowe will put in front of the camera! Could be anything from a test shot body or packaging mockups, maybe rare items from his collection, or who knows what! We've got it working pretty smoothly now, so check it out!
