I bought this Camero thinking it was a good find. Any thoughts??

I have one too. I think it's certainly a good find because it's a darn nice-
looking toy model.

Ya it looks pretty good. And isn't it one of the older modeled matchboxes before the company change?? ( I heard someone say that the company change was between mattel and someone else.)

That one is 1 of approx. 15,500 that were released in the USA by MB as part of the
2005 Superfast series.
There is also a green coloured version that is one of approx. 8,000 that was released
to the R.O.W. (Rest Of World) in 2005.
I think that the orange coloured Camaro that you have may have been a little harder
to find because: a) it is a muscle car b) an early Camaro that a lot of collectors want
for their particular collection.
If you like it, enjoy it. That is the bottom line.

I found a couple,1 for me and a buddy when they first came out but havent seen any since.

This tool was first released in 1998! Although the project was started by Tyco, it was released under the Mattel banner!

This version has a retooled base, it has the oval logo! This will remain an oval!

Where do you buy one of those good lookers. (the blue body and black rimed camero.)

Cool Camaros

I have one and love it, but Im a huge camaro fan. I would say yes its a great find, but its not hard to come by.
