Im looking to see if anyone here knows a Randy Ciccone or Raymond Kent? The are in the PA. area. Do they race or just let me know if you know who these people are in any way

Yes I do.Dont know Ray but I know Randy last I heard he quit racing back in April.

A search of the PA Corporation Bureau database shows the service address for Gabriel Publications to be the same.

I have cell numbers, business number and all that. And I do know that Randy worked for Ray at one time. They worked together on some fraud taking place and Im going to nail them to the wall and that is being nice. What I would like to know is if Ray Kent races and where at this point. I have no time for people like this nor do any others in business out there.

AB Charles Hobby Shop also has a bone to pick with Randy as he passed a bad check here as well and owes the shop moneys. He and Jimmy D. owe several people in the Pittsburgh area quite a bit of money and/or product that they misappropriated. The last word I heard on Jimmy D. is that he is somewhere down in Tennessee.

You know I dont agree wtih what Randy has done, but nobody gives people any slack!! Jim you did not put in your statement that Randy paid the check in full and returned stuff that was never opened to you to lower his bill!!! He returned stuff to Dave w and is paying off Dave H. but everyone has to run there mouth and cant let stuff go...You guys are grown men arguing over TOY CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the people in question ARE NOT RESPECTING THEIR OWN FAMILIES by racking up (TOY CAR AS YOU CALL IT ) Debt.. and they certainly ARE NOT Respecting the families of THESE BUSINESS OWNERS..

Im a sympathetic kind of guy when the situation warrants it.. But give me a break.. we not talking about a homeless guy stealing bread so he can eat..

the business owners have families as well..they did nothing wrong and are trying to do what they can to collect.. Thats wh I feel sorry for...their families.. Because they had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a non paying person.

I know if I became strapped for cash I would put family first and NOT RACK UP HOBBY DEBT.. But I guess thats because I stayed awake in ECON/Ethics class.

Here we go straying from the question as always happens on HT. Here is a little inside info on this case and why I will prosecute these two and then after you read this if you think Im being to harsh you can pay me the $900 dollars that they took from me.


Parts were purchased on a CC, parts were sent, then CC claimed to be stolen, account closed, charges pressed, Ciccone arrested, restitution accepted by Ray Kent (card holder) instead of Murdock R/C after Kent had been refunded already by Murdock R/C, now Ray kent wont give the money to me and Randy wont return the goods. Sound like two people working together? Well you do the math and if anyone here thinks I should give these two a break my phone number is 712-428-4679 and Ill be happy to accept your PP or CC for full repayment.

I dont mean to be a jerk to anyone here at all but now you may see my point and why Im after these two. This has nothing to do with Jimmy D or giving someone some slack. Fraud is fraud and wether it be a business or private individual this kind of action should be prosecuted and that is my full intent.

My wife works for the D.A. in Ohio. I showed her your post and asked her opinion and she told me this>

Since Ciccone was arrested and charged for this and he also paid Restitution on this, He cannot be prosecuted again. Its called Double Jeopardy, and every D.A. knows of it. Ray owes you the money he was given back the money on his card??? Right?? And was paid restitution so it seems it is civial maybe a criminal suit against Ray???? I wish people would think before they hurt people and thereselves over Radio Control cars... Murdock I would look into this before doing anything. :thumbsup: Sorry for the post

Brandon I dont need a legal anology. I know where I stand and what is going to take place. I am very in tune with legal actions. they are both in a lot of trouble contrary to what you think here. I have not told or revealed the whole story and this is not a DBL jepardy. Lets drop this thread and move on ok.
