Here are a few pics from early summer http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/500/medium/pond01.jpg http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/500/medium/pond02.jpg http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/500/medium/pond03.jpg Below is a capture rom the webcam. free spirit 08-22-2006, 08:28 PM vey nice hankster . i like the fish .makes a big difference in keeping a pond clean . glad to see your back . hankster 08-22-2006, 10:03 PM Have had the fish for 5 years now. Started out as 10 cent feeder goldfish. A couple are over 8" long now. free spirit 08-22-2006, 10:34 PM kind of neat that the fish would grow that large . we are just going to put a few rocks around ours and let mother nature grow the grass and whatever she wants around it .toss a few fish in and a small pump . free spirit 08-22-2006, 10:37 PM There's one pic of mine in the gallery. i checked it out . a lot of work putting all the rocks like that .looks nice . ghoulardi 08-23-2006, 05:47 PM Very nice hank. Hope to have some better pics of mine soon. I have some pearlscale goldfish that are baseball sized. A couple of 16" koi that I would like to get rid of. If anyone's in northern Ohio talk to me. I'll trade em for a couplle of pearlscales (any size) or whatever. A six pack'd prolly get them. ghoulardi 08-26-2006, 05:21 PM I just posted a couple of new pics of mine in the gallery. Sadly none had enough light to see the waterfall. The wall of rocks in the back is a working waterfall. Will try to get som when lighting is better. Easy 05-25-2007, 11:31 AM Ghoulardi, Here are some pics of our pond, if I can figure out how to post them. Don JasonZ 07-24-2007, 05:59 PM I'm into fish keeping! Maybe starting a koi pond in my backyard someday Tres Wright 07-27-2007, 11:12 PM Wow, this is a crossover hobby I never would have imagined several of us would share!! I've had this Koi pond for around 7 years now. I started with a few Koi in the 4" to 6" range. I've bought a few more over the years and have had many that were born in the pond. The biggest ones are now as long as my arm! I'm not even sure how many I have, 15 or so. I love this pond, but it sure requires a lot of filter maintenance. JasonZ 08-10-2007, 04:15 PM Very nice looking pond! Heres a tip. If there are lots of musquitos in your pond pick up some musquito fish or white cloud mountain minnows MattGTO 08-18-2007, 05:53 PM Ghoulardi, Here are some pics of our pond, if I can figure out how to post them.
