Has anyone been able to get a response from Trinities tech support off their web site???? I have tried, and only get the automated response, nothing else.

They seem to have lost controll of their company , Too Big ? , Poor management ? Employee's that just don't care ?

I don't know if Ernie is still the GM or who is but customer service sucks !

Again , just my opinion , who am I to say.
