View Full Version : 4th Annual Indiana Electric Outdoor Offroad Championships Sept.9
wallyworld 07-25-2006, 02:50 PM Summit Raceway will be hosting their annual cash payback champs race this year on Sept.9. Entry fee will be $25 dollars for each class with $15 dollars per entry going to the cash payback. http://home.comcast.net/~scottaheath/pdf/Indiana_outdoor_electric_offroad.pdf This is always Summit's biggest race of the year and we're hoping to have 100 entries this year (100 x $15 = $1500). We will also be spreading the money farther down in each class this year and in some classes all A main racers will recieve a cash payback depending on the amount of racers. Thanks and we'll be looking forward to seeing you there.

Oh, man, I hope that's not the real reason you haven't been back to Summit. Sean is one of the guys that busts his butt promoting the track, and last thing he would try to do is keep people away. I know that wasn't his intention.
dasupacat 09-07-2006, 06:49 PM So is the track gonna be watered or let blown out like the last big race?
indy-25 09-07-2006, 07:04 PM I hope for water.
redbaron 09-07-2006, 08:29 PM New Layout is in.
We nailed down the tubes and watered the crap out of it tonite.
Track will need a heavy sweeping on friday to get the loose stuff off and down to the traction.
I prefer water also. All i can say on that subject is........If there are enough people to help water between heats it will make it nice for all. Once the track gets dried out it takes a long time to get moisture back in it. So if we want water we gotta put some down.
Thanks,
John
scorgon 09-07-2006, 09:19 PM Scorgon, you running 4whl?
I haven't decided but probably will end up running truck, buggy and 4whl.
