I'm gonna try this question here. The car I'm looking at is not die-cast. More like tin. The scale is smaller then 1/64. It looks to be a 30's fat fender Packard?. The rear wheels are steerable. And it winds up with a key on the base. The only writing on the car is just below the rear window. "Germany-US-Zone". My ? is, does anyone have info on the Germany-US-Zone company? Or any other info that could help my search. Would be greatly appreciated. It looks like it could of been from the 50's. Maybe older, I'm not sure. Thank's

Germany-US-Zone refers to the fact that the toy was made after the end of WWII. Germany was divided into British, French, Russian and American Zones. Your toy was made in the American Zone. P.S. All of the countries except Russia gave the Zones back to the German people in a relatively short time. It took a while for the Russians (Soviets) to give back East Germany. Enough History...Now back to the regularly schedualed Die Cast discussions.
