Someone told me today he moved away to take a position, not a job. I was told he changed his name to Boss Humpty Hog, wears a white suit and hat, even has a Caddy with horns on the hood. Any truth to that??????

Someone told me today he moved away to take a position, not a job. I was told he changed his name to Boss Humpty Hog, wears a white suit and hat, even has a Caddy with horns on the hood. Any truth to that??????i am sure if he has a white caddy he has lots of red anodize on it .so maybe he needs a set of anodized horns on his race body that would really push em out of the way at the nats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what I can gather, at the moment he is just out in Phoenix keeping his boss company. Humpty said he starts his "Real Job" in September, but this weekend he is an "Official" (wearing track official t-shirt) at the ROAR 1/8 scale gas nats in Charlotte. The family and I went down on Friday to see him and grab some Bojangles (Humpty's favorite) and the wife said and i quote:

"So you are an Official Fat Azz now huh!" lol lol lol

It was too funny and several around were cracking up! It was good to see ol' Fatty, but man did he have his hands full with being the Race Director!

They had the gas race coverage on Dave Despains Windtunnel [not to be mistaken for Rob's!] show last nite,Humpty's boss Lance Norick and Jay Halsey was on,thought i saw boss hog humpty standin under the race awning munchin on a burger 1 time!!!!!

I did see the program and man was it kool to see a some national coverage of R/C racing. For anyone who has never be to Lance's FarmII off-road track, he has a first class facility. They will do everything possible to make it a race you will not forget. Lance has the koolest trophies, a wicked fast and technical layout, wide racing lanes, sand pit, a concrete slab corner, and an elevated pit road.

Trully a first rate and top notch facility and an awesome place to race.

Hot rumor is there is now a "yellow" team being formed. Anodizing to match Humpty's hair (whats remaining from the off-road race). Any one that can confirm this?

Truth be told, Humpty along with Lance's crew MADE that ROAR race work well. Good job Hump, hope Lance gets the worlds.

Iheard that he was trying out for a spot in the circus of sorts traveling road show. Yellow hair makes me think so.. I wonder what his special side show is???
