looking for simple battery care for nimh batteries. after charging and running what are most off you guys doing?, where do trays come inn? do you leave them in it till you charge? do you need a tray for every pack.? and are all trays equal?

no, some trays are different. some discharge at different amp rates, some discharge the cells seperatly, some equalize, some have adjustable cut off voltages, some don't.
