Augest 12th.. will be a another chance to race at Rockingham Dragway.. and this time we are on the main drag strip......same lane that Carey Mac ran 326 MPH at the IHRA Spring Nationals earlier this year.....

Classes are Bracket, extreme.... and Pro Mod combined with Funny Car... (nitro and electric...)

we will be using the rules from the RODS and IMDRA rules books.. both are pretty much the same... this is a non sanctioned event.....

only rule for Bracket is you must be able to change your radio freq... 1/8th, 1/10th. and 1/12th .. drag cars, on-road cars, off-road cars and monster trucks you name it .. if it is a radio controled car or motorcycle bring it down. and see how fast you can go....

No gate fee for spectators... but $15 to race.... open to everyone to come out play or watch......

gates open at 10am and racing begins at 1pm.... if you want to can hang out and come back in for the saturday night drag racing....(they do charge $10 for that......

We'll be there with the bracket cars and the Extreme Rail. Sure looks like this is going to be another great race at the Rockingham Dragway ! You guys should definatley come check this one out and join us if you can , you won't leave with out having a good time and wanting one yourself ! May just see one of these cars go over 90 mph too ! COME ON OUT !

well we are getting enough inquireys from monster truck racers that want to come out.. and if we get enough to show we can put together a monster truck class.... if not they can run in the bracket class with a few of the others...

Trackman... saw where you already posted on the IMDRA site... their rules and the RODS groups rules are pretty much the same for the classes... that will be a good starting point.... come on out this coming weekend and if nothing more than hang out an watch we will be glad to help you out.....

Guys we are still a go for tomorrow... looks like rain early in the morning ..but should be gone in time for us to get going and race the full show tomorrw.... bring the monster trucks and the touring cars for bracket.. should be a good crowd and tons of fun..

heard the challenge has been laid ti see who goes over 90mph first in extreme class.....

Well.. the front came in .. hung out and won't leave....looks like the morning rain that was to be gone is hanging around for a while .. so race has been put off and date will be reset.....

the reschudled race form the 12th is still a go for this coming weekend on the 2nd... weather looks rough till friday night.. but we are a go.. if things change i will post it on friday night....

Looks like the storm will be gone and a nice day saturdya for drag racing.. looks like a crew from Atlanta will be heading this way and maybe a couple from the north headed down to get away from the weaterh headed to them./.... so come on down to play.. gates open at 10am you may be able to get in sooner.. quailifing is at 1pm and elims to follow.....
