does any one have a technique(THAT WORKS)to keep a revo level in the air after a taking off a jump

Um, that's RC 101, hockey. Hit the gas to pitch it up, brakes to pitch it down. If you are coming off yawed then you aren't driving traight. Either way, if the truck is in good shape then it's all driver.

With ANY vehicle in the air a steady throttle finger is critical. If you launch with a full throttle and stay in it.... You will go nose up if not OVER backwards... If you let off the throttle too quickly... the nose drops down. You can "STEER" or "FLY" a vehicle in the air. It just takes some practice.
IF I could learn to do that... anyone can!!! LOL!
There are some other things to take into consideration. The shape of the jump... If you are at a track, hopfully they have the face of the track groomed properly. If you are jumping off a ramp.. the transition from the surface to the ramp if it is too steep will cause the rear to compress and then want to kick up. You did not say where you are jumping.
