Does anyone have one or 2 beater crane trucks with cranes? The 2 above are in really good condition but are both missing the cranes :(
Also looking for some rear tyres for the Claas

The Dinky Porshe will be a nice resto project for me at some point :D
Lastly from big bag 1, this large tin? Fire truck, I think it is made by a company called 'Sanson' - it says that on the dashboard. Sort of similar to Tonka or Triang.

whew my arms hurt after this haul!
BluntFronts 07-17-2006, 01:14 PM Wow - What great finds!
I'm recognizing most of the cars, but what is the larger blue muscle car in the 4th picture of the first post? (It looks Australian.)
Same with the blue car in the 2nd pic of the 2nd post - what's that one?
I really like the red XJS in the last row of the last post. What is the gold car in the second-to-last row of the last post?
I admire ecclectic, varied collections - it looks like yours is becoming the varied-est!
Thanks for the fine pix; loads of fun for everyone
mookie427 07-17-2006, 02:52 PM The blue car is a Matchbox Speedkings Ford Mustang
The blue car in post 2 pic 2 is a MB Superfast Pontiac
The gold car WAS a cheap china car, no idea what manufacturer or car model. Sadly it met it's death in my orgy of destruction!
You're right in saying my collection is ecclectic, I collect everything from vintage Hotwheels, through (mainly) Superfast Matchbox, Corgi Juniors, and anything else which crosses my path which I like (preferably pre-1985)
ParkRNDL 07-17-2006, 05:50 PM What is the gold car in the second-to-last row of the last post?
The gold car WAS a cheap china car, no idea what manufacturer or car model.
I'm thinking it looks similar to one of mine. This is an Ertl and it says Fiat Abarth on the bottom, but when I looked for a pic of the 1:1 car on the Net, all I came up with was diecast versions...

Lpgeoteacher 07-17-2006, 08:06 PM Wasn't that tank the winner of the gravity races at Mark Hosaflook's Summer Fest? LOL
mn_dodgeboy 07-18-2006, 05:11 PM very awesome pics bro. I love your collection. You don't bangerize it all do you?
mookie427 07-18-2006, 05:35 PM Nope, not all of them. These are the ones which WILL be made into bangers. I was SO pleased when I found the Plymouth Gran Fury!

mn_dodgeboy 07-18-2006, 08:01 PM I want that VW.
mookie427 07-19-2006, 03:28 AM I want that VW.
Tut tut, I want doesn't get
and anyway, I'm keeping it, as it will be the tow car for the pop up campervan
mn_dodgeboy 07-19-2006, 02:02 PM Don't kill the Rabbit.
mookie427 07-19-2006, 02:25 PM A spot of hunting never hurt anyone...well, except the thing being hunted :freak:
Swifty 07-21-2006, 02:27 AM Don't kill the Rabbit.
Kill the wabbit! Kill the wabbit! Kill the wabbit! Oh no! What have I done? I've killed the wabbit!
It's opera. You were expecting a happy ending?
