We are going to holding a 1/4 Scale Oval Shootout (Sportsman Class only)on Saturday July 29. 2006. You will only be allowed to run a 8 1/2 mm carb or any QSAC legal carb with a 8 1/2 restrictor plate...... We will run normal QSAC rules ...There will be only ONE Trophy for first place No second, or third, Just the Top dog gets the prize..... We dont know how big the trophy will be or how small,or how old, and it wont matter, because it we will be one hard trophy to get!!!!!We will run however many mains it take for the amount of people that show and we will be bumping from main to main...This will be a very tough class because there will be a least 15 to 20 hometown boys here including our Series points winner Criss Klink who is one fast mother :thumbsup: So come try to knock him off his pedestal :cool: You can call Classic Hobbies for more rules if you need at 330-733-6400... I will post on here more specific times in the next couple of days.... All of our Grand National guys will be running in this also (8 1/2 mm carb) so if you are feeling lucky come try this... THIS IS NOT A SANCTIONED RACE.... THIS IS PUT ON BY THE LOCAL RACERS ONLY... I see , But, I think you should miss that once ,Because we are going to have the best day of racing in 1/4 scale history at Classic :thumbsup: You should definantly reconsider...So far we are counting about 20 people so far in one big class......

Congrats to Criss Klink for winning the King Of The Mountain trophy on Sat it was a very tough field with Jeff Belton comming in second and Eddie Ellis comming in third. It could of been a different outcome if I wouldnt have taking Eddie out sendind him to the back (ooops) in the middle of the race, and also taking John Cebella out of third place on the very last lap ( sorry John ) All in all GREAT DAY and look forward to do it again next week( NO TROPHYS though , just for fun) as long as everybody agrees, because we didnt plan it, but everyone who I talked to said ABSOLUTLY,because they such had a blast so till then..... :wave: Once again CONGRATS CRISS KLINK (KING OF THE MOUNTAIN)
