I just bought a rather expensive ESC, I'd rather not say how much or the kind just to avoid embarrasment, (NOVAK, GTX) LOL. But anyway, I plugged it up and everything was fine, then will running my car all of a sudden took off hit a wall and then my power capacitor started sparking and fried one of the wires on it!! I looked closer and my esc has burn marks all over it!!! What did I or didn't I do!!? I really liked the esc it was awesome for the 10 minutes I ran it!!?

Probably better package it up and send it to NOVAK. Hard to tell if you did anything wrong without seeing how you wired it up. But, hitting the wall certainly did'nt help.
All of the NOVAK esc's are good and their customer service is great too.
