Okay Heres What Cha Do Its Been A While Since I Did One
But I Think You Just Simply Hit Auto Calibrate And If Its Close It Will Do It It Self If Not I Think You Have To Move The Adjustment Screws Send Eric Anderson A Pm He Has A Lot Of Time On Them He Will Know If That Does Not Fix It

Email Competition Elect. Talk to Jim or Mike. DO NOT MOVE ANY SCREWS. if you move any thing move the wires connected too the slave and watch the calibration number, should be ( -0.0 or 0.0 ) before you hook up a motor.

Make sure when you plug it in your not holding the cradle and its at its rest state....or Idle state. It sounds as if something is pushing the cradle against the torque sensor or your sensor is bad. CE's customer service is second to none and turn around time is excellent.

When mine did that, it was because the wires from the slave motor were binding up on the hole in the base, keeping the cradle from resting at it's proper no-load position... Make sure the wires are free and not touching the sides of the hole as they pass through into the base...
