View Full Version : hey, I have thought of a two car set...
noddaz 07-14-2006, 02:10 PM With all this talk of Vanishing Point ect. ect. ect...
You could have a white Challenger to drive around the track all afternoon and with it would come a white Camaro to wreck at the end of the day...
What do you think?

bumpercar88 07-14-2006, 02:22 PM Scott,
Great idea kind of like the clean General Lee and dirty General Lee. You could start a Hollywood stunt series. 2 car sets, the one driven and the one destroyed! Take it the next step to altered vehicles ie; the 60 Lincoln in Animal House!
ParkRNDL 07-14-2006, 05:21 PM hey Scott, are there any pics on the web of YenSid's Death Mobile? :D

And here's what's not in the synopsis that you need to know to understand that car: One of the guys pledging this troublemaking fraternity is a fat dorky guy who they name Flounder. He has his uncle's (?) Lincoln at the college with him and he's real worried about damaging it. The fraternity's gearhead takes it and turns it into the evil vehicle you see above. They hide it under a big birthday-cake-type float for a local parade (the cake says "Eat Me" on it :D ) and in the middle of the parade, they break the car out of it and terrorize the local populace. Mayhem and hilarity ensue.
Here's some pics of the 1/18 diecast of the movie car:

are you the guy from Neils wheels (slotfather on fleabay?) I thought he posted on here?
roadrner 07-17-2006, 07:49 AM Great car and movie. FOOD FIGHT!!! :) rr
AfxToo 07-17-2006, 11:39 PM The death mobile looks like the civil war USS Monitor. If someone does a version that looks like the USS Merrimac (CSS Virginia) we can recreate the battle of Hampton Roads in Roger's driveway. Yee hah!
Speaking of really stupid looking cars, if you want to really goof up a pancake powered car try attaching a vertical shaft to one (or more!) of the the top gears and attaching a propeller to it. Limitless goofball (and sort of fun) possibilities abound. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang? A HeloJet?
Who will be the first to post their whirly creation?
vaBcHRog 07-18-2006, 10:32 AM Who will be thr first to get theirs airborne :)

hartracerman 07-19-2006, 01:43 PM How about someone doing the Army Of Darkness car?
