Thought you'd like to see a picture of the new Impala and the Gambler's Exclusive 1/777. These cars are in and available at RenoDiecast. I would like to say what a pleasure it has been working with all the people at Greenlight. Their customer service and personal touch when working with them was outstanding. I've been running a car for Hot August Nights for 9 years and the New Kid On The Block did an awesome job. Thanks Greenlight!

They aren't using the typical green machine look so they can keep the series looking the same as the other cars that were made by JL in the past for HAN. Like last years stang. I think it looks sweet, white tires or not. We all know that JL was the first to do the white tires on a chase car, but no one made a fuss over any of maisto's colored tires, although only one has had white tires. I don't understand why everyone is getting upset with the look of the chase car. Reno Diecast told GL what to make, I doubt it was the other way around, maybe he will come post and explain

I wasn't complaining that the wheels where white just wanted to know why the reason was for putting white wheels/tires on them. It actually looks good and besides that they can be changed, If someone isn't happy with the tire color choice.

I like the casting, it's just not one of my favorite 1:1 cars to own.

However, I will be looking forward to buying the 1/64 scale version.

I've got to have the black one. If it had gold stripes, It would match the one I used to own.

You can get this at www.RenoDiecast.com. When I decided to switch from Matchbox to Johnny Lightning I came up with the idea to tie a special car to the gambling theme hence the 777 on the cars. I called it a Gambler's Exclusive... it was never a white lightning. When I decided this year to go with Greenlight I decided to keep the theme of red rims and a white car. Believe me I considered green tires, but decided against it because with red rims and green tires, the white car would look too much like Christmas. You might have guessed by now, if you've seen some of my other promotions like my Doesn't Matter Boss Mustang, I do not conform. Gotta switch things up to keep them interesting. Had I put the standard "Green Machine" trates on this car, you all would not be having this interesting discussion. My Johnny Lightning VW release 1 promotional bus has reverse colors on it... this is not normal either... not too many people even know this one exists. Don't count those green tires out... cuz I'm gonna work them in to something... Once again, many thanks to Greenlight. Any questions, give me a call I'm really slow at this computer stuff.
