Just a quick little question for ya whomever has seen this movie.

the announcer "Bob Cutlass" ... was he even an oldsmobile? looked more like a Nissan to me.

Although i do believe they derived that name from his real name which is Bob Costas ... costas... cutlass .... maybe? i unno, just qurious. :wave:

It was Costas' voice so it was most definitely a play on his name. I can't recall exactly what it looked like.

I thought he looked like a Cutlass Calias[pronounced ka-lay] (late 80s early 90s when Olds was sticking the name Cutlass on everything).

According to wikipedia,he was an olds aurora,but that site hasn't always been known for 100% accuracy.

Just like Cartrip is voiced by Waltrip and Ferrari is voice by Schumacher, plus all the others. I thought the line up was great. And the way they worked with the names. Fun for the parents.

don't know about you, but i can't... says its a 99 aurora.. well heres what one of those look like, don't see anything that resembles eachother, even the hood lines are wrong compared to it *shrug*

I work on Auroras and I dont see Bob as a one of those either.

i agree with DarkCutlass, he looks like a nissan or even a mazda. i don't think he looks anything like an olds. :freak:

That's got Nissan 350Z written all over it.
