hello members! i was wondering if you know any jada limited editions. The ones i know of are the:

platnum chrome hummer h2 1/24

platinum chrome escalade 1/24

bigtime muscle dodge magnum 1/18

scion tc 1/24

I also heard they are making new limited editions coming out in august! thnx fer the help. :p

1/18 Black chrome Camaro
1/18 Chrome Mustang
1/18 POLICE Chrysler 300
1/64 DUB CITY WAVE 1 in chrome, AKA "PLATINUM EDITIONS"
1/64 Chrome H2
1/64 BTM WAVE 1(?) with black wheels

Theres a few more, but I can't remember the rest and alot of my stuff is buried, so forgive me/correct me if I got some of the above wrong, or if left out details about the cars.

Theres also hobby only cars. And I think they're doing a "limited to number of preorders" edition of the tuner stuff soon.

Beyond that, there are some cars that are just hard to find, like some of the model kits, different wheel variations, certain colors/decos, certain JADA lines, it drives me nuts. And don't forget the spotty distribution, tons of 1 line, none of the other. The worst thing is theres no definitive list of JADA cars. If there is, can someone please link me to it?

There was also the one that I found that I', sure falls into one of those categories...

I got pretty much shot down when I posted it, but I thought it was a cool find... the 1/18 yellow Camaro that, appearantly when first issued, had "427" tampos on it, but later they were removed for some reason.... I only ever saw the ones without, then one time...and only one time... found one with the 427 tampos

dont forget the flatbed COEs ( gray and black primer ) on 1/64 that just came out this past week ....

yeah, even on the jada website, it doesnt show the limited editions! they should have a list of jada limited editions somewhere! What are hobby exclusives? or what supersport sed hobby only cars?

Basically its a hobby only color, they're only available to independent dealers like 1stopdiecast and collectiblediecast, the big boys like Mal-Wart or Tarjay can't order them.

They're mainly new castings from the 1/24 scale line. For example, the recent flat/primer black V.W. bug is hobby only. It also comes with extra wheels and an extra exhaust set up that aren't included with the mass versions.

The t-hunt pirates who work at K-Mart will never get that 1 in stock. They'll only get the gloss black V.W. and the other mass versions with only 1 set of wheels. But your favorite online dealer will probably get both the mass and hobby only versions.

Keep in mind that not all hobby only cars contain 2 sets of wheels or other extras. Its usually just an exclusive color/deco in a special JADA box that says "HOBBY EXCLUSIVE". Nice looking boxes I might add.

Lets see, what else can I add, oh yeah, there are some 1/18 hobby only cars too. The black 1/18 BTM Corvette is hobby only, it comes with a street sign, and I think a u.s.p.s. mail box. Again, its buried, so I'm not sure. They also come in pairs, there are always 2 hobby only versions of a casting.....I think. :wave:
