i picked up a tyco track that is 220v ac from overseas. to convert this to 110v ac, will i need some sort of adapter or can i just replace the track piece and existing 220v power supply with a 110v power supply? will the cars function properly and at full speed operating it off a 110v power supply? i am new to the slot car picture so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris, It would be easier to replace your power pack with a domestic one. I have a small mountain of them in my garage I am not using. I can send you one no charge next Saturday. Let me know.
