Loaner cars are a good idea but getting people to spend a grand to get started will take more than a loaner. Since you have been to both locations in the area you see that there are at the most 1 or 2 new commers a year and of those 1 might be in it for the long haul. The local places are just relying on the same crowd every week. That should tell you something right there.
