Hopefully there is a quick answer to this.
Back in the Windows 98 days, I stumbled accross some little app. where it was pretty easy to accuratly grab a little soundbite from any CD track.
Since then, with XP I never came accross it.
Since a lot of guys are grabbing the sound bites to apply to their CG animations - whats a simple/good app to do that in??
