i've been thinking about this for a couple weeks and after a week with a rainout, i thought we'd add a little spark to keep the fire going.



this race will be held during our annual race during super dirt week at the nys fairgrounds. this is going to be for our truck class. if we can get a good turnout going in other classes we'll add a race for that class to. here's the rules for the winners classic.



1)you must win a points a main



2)you must run at least 5 races during the summer,points or non points. also if you run another class that counts also.



3)the race will be limited to a max. of 10



4)the feild will also have one wild card.that spot will be determined by a drawing amongst the top 3 points positions in our final standing headed into the race that already haven't secured a spot in the shootout.



5)a drawing will be held to determine the starting line up.



6)you must be participating in the reg. race to run the special.



7)all spots will be pay money.SSSSSSTTTTTTOOOOOOOPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!! before you say it,i don't know how much.i'm working on a couple things that could be intresting. i think we may see some more guys starting to run trucks. i know i've said i don't believe in paying out point money because it usually goes to the guy that already has the best stuff already and will distance them even farther from the rest of the racers. but from what i've seen the last 2 years of racing at the fairgrounds,you can start 10 and win the race without any problem. also you don't have to run the whole season to be eligible.



so far mike woods is the only guys entered. i'm sure that a few regulars are already digging there truck out trying to get it faster.
