Hmm. Good question; I'm sure I can come up with something (checking C.Mack's book for rarities ;-) ). Kinko's will be able to make a copy the same size?

If nothing else maybe make a copy of just the header. They should have some long paper. I am sure if you made 5 or 10 copies you could sell them for cost at least and make some collectors happy.
