I can use your help. I have a chance to buy a never played with still in the box Tyco Empire 1000 pro race set. My question is what is it worth or what should I offer. Would it be worth getting for trade value? thanks for any help

I didn't get to see in the box, It was under some other boxes. I think he said that they are Indy type cars.

It is really hard to put a price on something like this...
You have some collectors that might pay big bucks for something like that
(To me "big bucks" would be $40 to $50 for a minty set)
(And that is just a guess)
and you have people like me that would go $10 or maybe $15 if I liked the cars...
But one thing is sure. If someone contacts you about that set and offers you "x" it is probably worth more than that...
