Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous isn't it? I'd rather spend the money on something old that I know is a collectable versus speculating on something new that might be someday. People are already paying collectible prices for these things, it's insane.

My prediction, these are going to be selling for MUCH less in a year or so, much like all those special edition, low production hot wheels you see guys selling by the case at the local swap meets.

It wasn't too long ago that there was a spell where you could get them fairly reasonably on ebay from a couple different sellers. Guess it's timing. :eek: rr

Maybe this will drive up the value on the older ones.

Las I remember he had a track set up in the lunch room where he works. I haven't heard from him since those posts.

In the past the White Thunder prices have dropped like a rock after the initial bubble has burst. If you've got one to sell do it sooner than than later if you want to cash in.
