There were just as many black/white with white wall rubber tires as there were black/white with plastic tires. With 8,500 in the whole batch, that leaves about 4, 250 of each variation. And, the tires are vinyl I am told not real rubber. I have four with plastic tires right now and I can't find anyone state side that will trade 1:1. I will wait and find one or two in due time.
