This was my first radical custom. I did this several years ago. I made it from the Police Cruiser Hot Wheels. The roof is a narrowed Johnny Lightning Rebel Machine. The semi-gloss painted roof with body colored outline was done to mimic original Hot Wheels paint jobs.
