Who made them?

I can't wait to see the movie. I saw the trailer for it and have never seen so many hot Asian chic..err... cars.
As I told my friend the movie almost has it all: car crashes and cute girls. If there were a few Zombies and some guns it would have all the ingredients for a perfect movie.

Didn't Joyride make there? Or is that the same as RC2?

They are alittle bigger... Think Jada's Big Time muscle and a few others. I think they are cool looking... Im a Car magazine fanatic, If i see a new magazine out i buy it... This includes all the car magazines... Motor trend, Car and driver and so on...I may have thousands lol. Well sport compact car tested these cars in this months issue which i picked up... They also did the past sequel test also. Im a Mustang person and recently sold my 2000 Mustang Black on Black GT and i cannot believe the mustang in the show has a Skyline GTR Engine... It makes 306 RWHP which isnt bad :)

The 1:64 cars do look kinda cheap (in the package) but I think the 1:18 cars look much better. Nice cars but none for me though.

I saw the 1/64's today. Only one I kind of liked was the 70 Monte Carlo. Price was a little steep though. I might buy them if they show up at Big Lots.

TRU is where I saw the 1/64. Didn't look to see if they had any of the larger scales

Target has em. I like that Z. Are there any of an S15 or EVO in red? Those are really the only cars I like from this one, also the orange RX7 is cool too.

target has them .. go to target and see if you can find one :)

thanks for the HU, no Targets here in the Philippines. :)
i'll just have to wait for our local hobby shops to bring them in.

I bought the Z; am hoping they release RX7/RX8s in 1/64. Weird choices to release though: a Monte and a Stang - as drifters?! No thanks. :drunk:

What about the Mitsu. Lancer Evo? saw that one also at T.R.U....and what's weird...

the Lancer Evo in the single package is the fat, out-of-scale, Racing Champions cast...but I looked close at the Lancer Evo in the sets (like the Nitrous launcher bottle and the track set) ...and it is a very much smaller, almost correct 1/64th scale Evo...maybe the Johnny Lightning cast?)

I looked at one of the ones in the Nitrous kit and the base and axle assembly did not look like a JL product to me. Car looked a lot better though then the other larger cars though.

I opened the whole set... The EVO Is kinda big, Its not a JL or Anything. Actually to be honest they are kinda cheap and barely roll.

Thanx... didn't think of looking at the base... These are still hanging at the T.R.U.'s and I have a feeling they will go clearance... unless they are saving them for the DVD release of the movie...but I still see clearance in thier future!
