According to Louise O., Mattel design team member, there are two chase models in MBX Wave H. There is the one that we all are already aware of the silver and the dark red PORSCHE BOXSTER. Well, ladies and gents there is another chase model the Scion in the first wave as well. Here are two scans of that model for you review. Olesarge90/Gill :wave:

I found both versions of the Scion at the same Wal-mart. Interesting that they are doing two chases this year.

It sounds like there will be chase models in every wave.

That's all nice and well if you can find any of them. The 2006 cars are slow in coming out here.

I saw one of these at TRU that was maroon with maroon picture on the box...?

Sorry - it was the Scion. The package was opened, so I don't know if there was some monkey business trade going on, but I had never seen that color.

I found the silver and red porsche and the green scion. Just need the white scion. I have an extra silver porsche if anyone needs it. They seem to be plentiful in RI - saw 5 others today. Also saw a few extra scions.

I went to Wally World tonight and saw all four of those, fresh on the pegs!

i picked up something kind of cool today. i found the red porsche boxter but its on the #38 volvo XC90 card.the box and the car are the porsche,but the card is the volvo.

I saw the two cars in the colors mentioned above - a silver Boxter and a red Boxter, and a white Xb and a green Xb.

I believe that was last years Scion xB. Still some hanging around here in the stores.

Finally found one of the Maroon colored Boxsters. It was hanging right in front of the Streakers Mustang.

I didn't buy them 'cause I'm not really into the Superfasts - just the Vipers and Chargers. Had I known they were chase cars, though, I might have picked them up to trade.

So is the maroon Porsche the chase car? I saw two of them hanging at a Wal-Mart and thought they might be the chase because the car on the box is silver. But because there were 2 I thought well maybe not, of course if the scalpers don't know they are chase cars then that could explain it.
