hey.
i've got a pc (p4, 2.67 gHz, windows xp home, internet explorer 7.2 beta, bla bla bla), but the problem is it isnt all mine. its part my lil brothers, part my lil sisters too. on my sisters account, she cant access msn messenger, like i wanted it. she went onto the internet and downloaded another coppy of it, and is sneeking onto the internet when i'm not home. shes filling the harddrive with redundent programs and useless garbage, and viruses and cookies as well. i've looked everywhere, but i cant find how to disallow her account from gettting on the net. can someone please explain this to me????? thanks to whoever takes the time to read this. if you can, send me an email, cuz i dont know how often i can check this site. my email is kylej_tnt@hotmail.com.

Go to the Control Panel, then User Accounts and create a username for her and make the account type "Limited". Assign that account a password. While there set a password for the Administrator account.

Only give her the username and password for her account. You can then use the computer as normal by logging into the Administrators account. By making her account Limited means she can not install any programs.
