I believe that this may be our closest.I actually live on the gulf coast in MossPoint,Ms.(yes,Katrinaville).if someone knows of anyone wanting to start up some sort of series please let me know.I am interested in the elec pro stocks-I see that some of the theory is 10 cell 10 turn.My question on this is -I run a 9 turn motor with a 3800 cell pack and I get avg of 4 min or so to a run with a 72 tooth spur and a 22 pinion.is there something here that I cant see(I am deedeedee here so please help)I know yall travel fast in a short distance.thank you all so much for your time and patiance with me.kenny morris

Kenny go to the rods web site.. it will help you a ton....

www.rcrods.com they are the ones holding the event in New Orleans.

Pro Stock electric cars only run 8 cells and to get the gearing for them when you go to the rods site go to the GrandMotorsports link and check out the setups page there. they have a a great base line set up for the gearing....

If you keep going west on 1-10 you will run right past Litespeed Raceway in San Antonio Tx. Yea its a long drive but some big events are planned for the rest of the year there. Labor Day is the annual Dash for Cash. A money race with most of the entry fees going to the payout. The IMDRA World Finals is in October. I hear there are some fast Pro Mods in the New Orleans area. Hope you can make it to the track sometime and run with us. www.sadragracing.com is the website for the club that has all the information about the races.
