the track is real easy to get to from massena...

take rt37 west until you reach 12 south (actually you just keep going west insted of turning left continuing on 37) on 12 south you will go under hwy 81.
stay on 12 through alexandria bay, stay on 12 past jct 180, take the next left, (robinson road) chico's is about 2 miles on the right, there is a sign at the road.

it is a hard packed clay oval, 179' run line. they race every sunday starting at 6pm.

you can practice your nitro sprint during intermission or before the races start. there is a nitro edm that practices frequenly, the thing is fast to say the least.

the main class at chico's is 19 turn EDM, they run mod stadium truck, mod touring latemodels and every other week they run nitro EDM.

every class is modified motors, easy to tech and the track is plenty big enuff for the speed.

racing was awsome as usual last night. jeff hotaling layed the smackdown upon us all!!!!! chico came in second,chico came in second, (oops... studdered:lol: ) i got third, steve thompson almost had me for third but ended up fourth and denny hamlin, i mean wyeth finished fifth and dan gil was involved in a racing realastate mishap with a lap car and went pitside early. too bad for dan, he's always one of the fast guy's!!

racing this past sunday was great again. we were a few guy's short due to the WDRA race in fingerlakes but still we had a exellent time!

oh yeah, i missed last week but i seen in the results and heard from the others that eagle one's dave surace was there with his late model tc3... boy i'm glad to have heard that, just wish i was there to witness the track promotor with a remote in his hands...:eek: ...i remeber dave winning the nastruck Amain at the last spring carpet classic at Walts. i'd like to go to his event at the fairgrounds soon... maybe july 4th if i can swing it.

i heard today that chico may have a 100 lap special this sunday... 4th of july weekend special.

well, the race this week is on monday... 100 lap special, july 3rd.
