For shock's you would use:

there is different weights but it depends on your set up if you are not sure
ask someone where you race or let someone know what you are wanting to do
(Jump, run on dirt, flat ground etc.) and i am sure they can help you out here on hobby talk,
Hope this helps

if you have the ball diff then for the main diff part you can use silicone based grease. pick up a tube from your local bike store. now for the thrust bearing you can use moly grease. boath of thease will last a long time in the quantitires you buy them in. now for your shocks. you realy do need to just go ahead and bite the bullet and buy some high quality shock oil from associated or losi. there are some other good ones out there but stick with them.

hope that helped

P.s. if you have the gear diff silicone grease will work also
