Just a heads up that Oak Hill Rc Speedway is officially open for racing and practice! We are planning on running the entire Memorial Day Holiday weekend.

The electric off road track is excellent. The oval is also in great condition. The nitro offroad track should be ready early June. Watch the websites news page for updates!

South from erie to Waterford than take 97 south about 4 miles hair road on right turn right about 1/8 mile on right 2213 is on pole out front of long driveway. map quest on web site. thanks

I thought you were going to mcculloughs this weekend jo? Hopefully once the word gets out about the track the mod turnout will be better. But I'm sure with a little convincing we can change a few stock guys over. I'm not sure if paul knows about this thread or not but if you decide to come just post on here and I will let him know.

To be honest 1 hour is alot more attractive then 2 1/2 hours of driving to race my toy cars!

For me, it would be a 3 hour drive, but might try to make it sometime this summer.

The tracks where fast and hooked up as always. It was a great time. thank to all the guys that help out around the tracks. the nitro track is looking good cant wait till it is finished :thumbsup:

The turnout has been growing weekly. They have technicaly only been open for a few weeks now. Stock truck has been the biggest class so far bringing in atleast 10 trucks weekly. I'm hoping within the next few weeks we can get a mod truck class going strong. I've also heard a few people are getting into 4wd.
For tires I have been using red ifmars rears and for the front it just depends on how much steering is needed, anything from red 8 ribs to silver directionals to red imfars for the fronts are working depending on track conditions. Its almost like a medina surface except not quite as smooth.

Swee t sounds like its going to be a good day. You guys will need pretty much the same things as you would for medina. Easy-up,table,chairs,extension cord. I have not ran medina yet this year but I'm using the same tires at waterford as last year.

Signups and Practice until 3:00pm
Drivers meeting 3:00pm

Turnout has been OK. There are several of the track regulars with 4WD cars, last weekend we had 4 in the class.
