Yeah...the "bike" was cooking in the 1st heat. :thumbsup: I had it up to what a 56 lap pace....till I got toasted?

I learn a few things at practice

1. Never try a 12 turn with a lose belt

2. A 1700 does last long with a 12 turn

And #3. Always check your charger settings.

hey Rick, don't worry about the paints, i picked up some airbrush paint today. i figured if i have an airbrush, i might as well use it. thanks anyway though. i do want the body though. will it be there Sun? i will be. neither rain nor snow...

She's Gone! my ESC for my touring car is dead. It's not the recevier cause if I hook up my BRP to the recevier it works :freak: Just figure something out tuesday.

I hate one light controllers it said I had a full batt yet it was dead enough to not work! :mad:

Rick, do you have blue compound 1/10 scale sedan type tires or equivalent inside diameter? If so i'll be over Friday or Saturday to pick'em up. Also, work snagged me for OT on Sunday :mad: so, maybe next week.

Rick, do you happen to have any decent servo savers for a xxx-s w a JR servo? I just found out that the saver that comes w the kit does not return to center if ya Biff a turn or what have you(well me actually, I did the Biffing :) ) I even put in a new losi servo saver and it did the same thing. I saw that trinity makes them, but I couldn't find a picture anywhere.

Polli........I'm not sure what kind of setup the XXXS has for servo placement so I dunno if you'll have room to put anything but the stocker on there. You sure you have everything together right? If there is enough room I don't think I have anything here that will work. :(

A great week of racing other than the computer problems that popped up. :mad: It was terrific having the racers from Ohio join us for some BuRP racing and I think everyone enjoyed themselves greatly. All kinds of new records this week also. Mike Button finally broke that Production record that has lasted for almost a YEAR. Concrats to all the new record holders!

Congrats Mike! 60 laps with a production motor! I had a hard time pulling 60 laps out of a stock motor! Nice run. :thumbsup:

The servo saver is the same as the one used in the xxx4, and there is alot of room to play with. I had a big fat white saver in there, but took it out cuz I swithced to a JR servo instead of futaba. I had it together corectly, even looked at the instructions a bunch of times:) I took it apart one last time, made sure there wasn't any burrs on the 2 halves, and I made sure the 3 inner springs weren't stretched out. It was a lil better after I put it back together, but not exactly what I want

Polli.........I'm not sure but if there is a lot of room then you might be able to use one of the big servo savers that comes with different inserts for different servos. I think they probably have one for JR anyway. :confused: Think there is one at the track.

Polli.........any idea how many splines is on your servo output shaft? I believe these kimbroughs I have, have adapters for 23,24,25 spline shafts. If I remember correctly it says Hitec, Futaba, and Airtronics on the package but JR might have one of those spline #s also.

Kind of a light week with only 19 people showing up to do battle but battle there was in each class. Only two people in the Stock truck class allowed Adam Hamilton to stretch the legs on his T3 and break Tom Himes track record by a lap. Is 70 laps in Stock truck next? Heck if we can have a 60 lap Production record, why not?
