Hello once again...I have a new problem and I hope someone can help.

I have a 3.5 BS motor that was taken off a tiller i think given to me. After a new carb kit and cleaning it starts and idles like a champ. Now I mounted the motor on a go-kart and after figuring out a throttle return set up I finally got it going. When it runs it is great but BUT, after slowing down and turning, pressing the gas the motor dies. It will start right back up, go around the yard back to the same slow down turn and gas it, it goes dead.

I have tried to teach my 8 yo to "petal" the gas but it doesn't seem to work. Running flat out it pulls strong and is great but throttleing after the turn it dies.

Any suggestions?

How were the pickup tubes? not cracked? Sounds like the gas is sloshing to one side.

I didn't look at them that close but i can check them out. The tank is 3/4 to 1/2 full and I had wondered if a full tank would help...i have to get more gas!

There just seems to be a hesitation going to WOT and in that second it dies.

ive had the exact same problem a dosen times and its frustrating it usualy means taking the carb off again to check every tube and hole but first make sure your gas cap is breathing.
