rctazmanmc 05-17-2006, 12:01 PM Being it will be a 3 day weekend I may have to come out and see the track and get a feel for it before the Triple Crown.
Post some pics of the track when you guys get it done unless you have them on the site already.
See ya later,
mike
chim13 05-17-2006, 01:39 PM The first track is going to be very different from the layout for the triple crown. This Layout is fun fun fun Just think of all the things that you have wanted to try with your rc car and that is what we put on the track ie skateboard ramp

pink_sleeve 05-22-2006, 08:15 AM holy shit batman a loopty loop :freak:
bigcheese 05-22-2006, 01:14 PM Looks like a nightmare for the marshalls. Very interesting. For the loop you will probably need a marshall on entrance & exit. Has anybody actually done it?

OR.......You could have a servo-operated bottle rocket super-turbo-booster that would kick in just before entry! Everybody has 3 channel receivers, right! :jest:
Seriously, though. I think I might want to be a spectator on this one.
Jo jo FRY 05-22-2006, 02:09 PM I think if someone infront of you wipes out and your driving your 50 mph gas buggy threw there it might be very instresting to see how big the pile up gets... Defently a new a different idea though...
chim13 05-22-2006, 02:22 PM The loop is is very easy and it takes almost no speed to get threw it. There is a spot for the marshells on both sides. Also we should not have many pile(nitro or elec.) ups there any ways, if you look close at the pis you will see that the loop is part of a short cut. If you dont want to do the loop you can go the long way around. The loop is for the brave that want to take a few seconds off thier lap time. This layout is just for fun and to get people excited about coming out this summer. The track for the triple crown will be a normal racetrack. This track was inspired by what we all got into this hobby for fun fun fun. I invite everyone out to give it a try i know you want to i mean really where else can you drive your rc threw a loop. The layout is a blast has a great flow to it. By the way i have had my buggy threw it about thirty times, what a trip.
