Well, I pretty much only collect Johnny Lightnings but I splurged and got my first GreenLight today. It was marked down to $5.00 at a local hobby shop. I asked if they were just testing them out because they only had a few of the Indy cars. Turns out they are kind of old. (2004 on the price tag) There was nothing new in the shop so I figured I would but one. There were 2 different cars. One was limited to 7,500 and one was limited to 3,000. I got the latter. I forget the driver featured. (it is still in the car)

Congrats with your first GL purchase. I have a few of their cars as well. If there is anybody out there that can compete with JL its GL. If you like Mustangs, I highly recommend their '69 Boss Mustangs....especially the 429.

Our IRL program has been a staple for us since 2002. The program really picked up steam last year and it's looking strong this year as well with Michael Andretti coming back for the Indy 500 to run with his son Marco. Our 2006 IRL cars are listed on our website with pictures so check them out if you get a chance.

SD64 is giving you good advice on the BOSS 429 Mustang. All the Muscle Car Garage cars are nice! They are a limited production run of 2,500 of each color with a serial number on the base.

When is Greenlight going to come out with Champcars in 1/18 scale. I have about 60 CART/Champcars in 1/18 scale in my collection from Action,UT Models, and ERTL.

1/64 cars look great from what I can see on the website, have not seen one in person. I don`t collect much 1/18, except for the ones I created for JL, but the IRL cars look awesome. I have all of the IRL cars I did for JL and now look forward to getting new IRL cars from GL. Also the muscle car line looks pretty good too.

Have you thought of a great drivers of yesteryear? There are some older (Pre 2002) drivers that would be great to own. :thumbsup:
