I found another antique store today, quite by accident. Somehow my car made a left turn all by itself, and in I went. The funny thing is that I never made it to my original destination because I spent several hours walking around this store of treasures.

I found this beauty for $20 - the book I use has it listed at $24-$36, dependent upon condition, so I think I did alright. It's metallic gold, with brown luggage and superfast wheels. (The pic sucks, sorry.)

Although I don't have a pic, I also got a purple Freeman Inter-city Commuter Coach for $5. The book has it listed for $16-$24, so I made out.

Gotta love those antique stores!!

Hey David,

Those early Superfast are getting harder to find. That one looks nice.

Thanks...I was so excited to find it, especially 'cause I've never seen a gold one in person. It makes a great addition to an ever-expanding collection of the oldies.

That looks really sweet. Great find dude. I love it and that Mercedes behind it.

The Mercedes is one of my all time favorite MBX cars. I't got one, on card, then several floating around. Also have one that had an accident.
